Founded in 2007, the Pakistan Cricket Board organized a men’s professional Twenty20 cricket league. In 2024, the Pakistan Super League will hold its ninth season, which will occur exclusively in Pakistan. There will be 34 games in the HBL PSL (30 group-stage matches, two qualifiers, one eliminator, and one final).

Pakistan’s first HD sports channel purchased the official rights for the Pakistan Super League. A Sports will broadcast all the t20 matches of the tournament in Pakistan. A-Sports is Pakistan’s first-ever private sports network that broadcasts various sports in HD quality. Owned by ARY Network, A Sports secured the telecasting rights for the PSL and all its upcoming editions.
Sony Sports Network
Sony Sports Network telecast PSL 9 in India and its subcontinent (Bhutan, Nepal, Afghanistan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh) countries except for Pakistan. The live streaming will be accessible on the digital platform SonyLiv (Website, App) with monthly or yearly subscription charges. Furthermore, SonyLiv also acquires the official rights for the tournament in India.

Daraz App secured digital media OTT rights for the PSL in Pakistan.
