The first edition of the Women’s Premier League is scheduled to commence from March 4 – March 26. A total of five teams participate in the inaugural edition of the tournament. Just like the Indian Premier League, this tournament will be the first edition that will focus on Women’s cricket which might be the next step forward taken by BCCI.

Viacom 18 to exclusively live stream WPL – Women’s Premier League in India; all 34 matches live streamed on Jio Cinema and Sports 18 (Website, App) digital platform. In the bidding process for the OTT (Audio/Digital) rights, Viacom 18 won the bidding process against Disney+ Hotstar by securing the rights for INR 4669 crores.
Fox Sports is the official broadcast partner for the tournament in Australia. Foxtel and Kayo Sports will live stream all 34 matches of the WPL – Women’s Premier League through a paid subscription.
SuperSport to broadcast live coverage of the Women’s Premier League (WPL 2023) in Sub-Saharan Africa; all matches streamed live on SuperSport App with a premium subscription.
Cricket fans in the United States can watch the entire tournament online on Willow TV while in the United Kingdom, the matches will be available on Sky Sports Cricket.
BeIN Sports bagged broadcasting rights in the Middle East and North African countries. YuppTV is the largest Southeast Asia OTT service provider securing the digital rights for the first edition of the Women’s Premier League (WPL 2023) in Australia, Singapore, Europe, Maldives, and MENA countries.
