Yuvraj Singh is returning after retiring

Yuvraj Singh is returning after retiring. But that is not in international cricket, but in domestic cricket in India. The left-arm all-rounder has sought permission to play for domestic cricket team Punjab.

Yuvi has sent a letter to the BCCI to return to retirement. According to CricketBuzz, the World Cup-winning star has e-mailed BCCI President Sourav Ganguly and Secretary Joy Shah seeking permission to retire. The 38-year-old cricketer also sent an e-mail to the Punjab Cricket Association (PCC) expressing interest in playing. He is currently working as a mentor in Punjab.

Note that Yuvraj announced his retirement in 2019. He was last seen wearing a national team jersey in 2016. After retiring, he played in T20 and Global T20 leagues. He will not be able to play in any foreign franchise league outside India after his retirement. The legend will not be seen in the Big Bash.
