10 teams are participating to fight for one trophy where the battle is going to begin on 30th May, teams will fight till 14th July and only one survivor will be there to lift up the trophy. No doubt, ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 is the biggest event of cricket that held every 4 years where every team chose their best, skillful, passionate and quality players that help their teams to lead them with a victory. Several attempts are made and after that, the players are selected for the World Cup 2019.

Each squad has a balanced team which is blended by experienced players, consisting of senior and junior players. Following list shows the youngest players of each team playing the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.


Ish Sodhi New Zealand (Age 26)

Born on 31/10/1992, Sodhi is the youngest player in New Zealand squad, in the last tournament New Zealand went so close to winning the title but failed to win the title as Australia outclass New Zealand in the finals.

The youngest player in the Indian Squad, born in 14/12/1994, this young lad is the best bowler for Indian squad right now and is successfully claimed 87 wickets in 44 ODI matches, but despite his poor performance during the IPL, he is still selected for the world cup on the basis of previous records and for sure it would be a handy or valuable player in the Indian Squad.


Tom Curran England (Age 24)

Son of Kevin Curran, the former Zimbabwe cricketer, Tom Curran born in 12/03/1995 is a quick bowling all-rounder that may play a valuable role in World Cup with batting and bowling. This 24-year old youngster has 27 wickets in 17 ODI and is selected for the World Cup squad for its domestic cricket Surrey County Cricket Club.


Lungi Ngidi South Africa (Age 23)

A skillful fast bowler in the South African squad got 34 wickets in 18 ODI matches, born in 29/03/1996; the Ngidi is in the IPL 2018 season winners Chennai Super King. Ngidi was ruled out of IPL season 2019 but has recovered now and will be able to play the world cup 2019 tournament.


Oshane Thomas West Indies (Age 22)

The Jamaican’s bowler with the quality pace of 150kmph is the best pacer for West Indies in this mega event that would surprise the opponent with his bowling attack. 22-year old has 15 ODI wickets to his name at the initial start of his career and would be a key player to damage the opponent’s batsmen with his bowling attack.


Mehidy Hasan Bangladesh (Age 21)

The youngest lad in Sri Lankan cricket team made his debut in international cricket at the age of 18. Opening batsmen will be the best option for the Sri Lankan team to fight in the absence of quality players. Afghanistan is making his appearance second time in second World Cup as they have done well in the past and are now a much powerful team than before. The underdogs have a good team balance while the youngest player in the squad is Mujeeb Ur Rahman, 18-years old comes in the international squad by playing T20 leagues around the globe. This young off-spinner has 51 wickets in 29 ODI and is perfect for the England Pitches condition.
