Two English Stars withdrew from the BBL 2020-21

The Big Bash League (BBL) is going to start on December 10. However, just before the start of the tournament, two English stars withdrew from the Big Bash. They are Tom Banton and Tom Curran. The two have made such a decision because of the biosecurity zone.

Both Banton and Curran are currently touring South Africa with the national team. The series was supposed to fly straight to Australia from there. Banton joined the Brisbane Heat. Tom Curran’s team, on the other hand, was the Sydney Sixers.

But before joining the team, they had to go to Ajid’s country and stay in the mandatory two-week quarantine. Corona could then join the team by entering the biosecurity zone just to play with a negative certificate.

However, Banton and Curran no longer want to be in the biological protection zone. They think that if they are in the biological safety zone for a long time, they will have mental problems. They have already spent a lot of time playing national team and franchise cricket. He was far away from his family. Which is why he has made such a decision. So these two English stars will no longer be seen in the tenth edition of the Big Bash.
