Shane Warne defended MS Dhoni

Australian spinning legend Shane Warne defended MS Dhoni after the Indian fan criticized him for his performance in the World Cup semi-final defeat to New Zealand. Dhoni had a mixed World Cup and he is criticized by fans and former cricketers. He scored 50 of 72 balls at Old Trafford in Manchester while India lost by 18 points as they chased 239 against 8 in New Zealand. Shoaib Akhtar also praises MS Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja.

Speaking to the official broadcaster, however, Warne said MS Dhoni was only close to winning the game when he came out. “We look at him thinking he’s leaving it too late, but he may have timed it perfectly if he hadn’t been exhausted. That being said, he relies heavily on his partner. ” India appeared to be in a desperate 5-on-3 position in their response, but Ravindra Jadeja gave the two-time World Cup champion a chance away to score 77 with a brilliant ball of 59.

Furthermore, Shane Warne says “Jadeja was amazing. Some people seem more up to the task on the biggest stage and that sums up Jadeja well. “He’s such a good cricketer. India was gone when he came out to strike. They fought back and you thought they would make it and it was just a game of cricket.
