Sachin Tendulkar looking for his first Maruti Car
Former India legend Sachin Tendulkar is looking for his first Maruti Car. He requested to be contacted if any trace of his used Maruti 800 model car was found in the nineties.
Sachin’s very hobby is cars. In the nineties, Sachin bought the first Maruti 700 model car with his own money. Maruti’s car was very popular among Indians at that time. As his career improved, so did Tendulkar’s fleet of vehicles. He received a Ferrari as a gift from Formula One racer Michael Schumacher. And he has also added several models of BMW cars including Nissan GT-R to the fleet. And after those cars came, he sold his first Maruti car.
Speaking on a recent chat show about his love for cars, Tendulkar said, “We had a huge drive-in cinema hall in front of our house. People parked their cars there and watched movies. My brother and I would stand on the porch for hours and watch the cars. ”
Tendulkar said in the chat show that he bought the car soon after he became a professional cricketer. In 2014, Maruti announced the closure of the 700 model car. And since then, many Indians have been moved to collect the car again.
Tendulkar made his international debut in November 1989 at the age of just 17. Tendulkar has scored the most runs in both Test and ODI formats. In his long career, he scored 15,921 runs in 200 Tests and 16,426 runs in 463 ODIs. He is also the only cricketer in international cricket to score 100 centuries in all formats. Tendulkar ended his career in November 2013 with a Test series against the West Indies.
