Ryan Harris has been appointed as the bowling coach of Dehli Capitals
Dehli Capitals has appointed a new coach for this year’s IPL in the United Arab Emirates. The former Australian cricketer Ryan Harris has been appointed as the bowling coach of the franchise Dehli Capitals. Harris will join the Delhi camp as a replacement for James Hopes.
Harris has previously played for Kings XI Punjab in the IPL. This time he will be seen in the role of a bowling coach. The Aussie cricketer has already expressed his excitement over being able to rejoin the IPL.
Hopes, a 41-year-old former all-rounder, has stepped down as Delhi’s bowling coach for personal reasons this year. He then appointed Harris as the new coach.
“I am very happy to be back in the IPL,” Harris said. This is a big opportunity for me to bring the IPL title to the franchise. The Delhi Capitals bowling line-up is great and I can’t wait to work with them.
