Kolkata Knight Riders won the toss and opted to bowl first in the 21st match of IPL 2019.
KL Rahul and Mayank Agrawal added 114 runs for the second wicket partnership to propel the Kings XI Punjab into a victory against the SRH in the 22nd game of IPL 2019 in Mohali.
With a total of 151 runs, Rahul hit an undefeated defeat of 71 runs on 53 balls while Agarwal hit 55 runs off 33 balls. The duo met after the early dismissal of Chris Gayle trapped by Rashid Khan. Rahul broke seven boundaries and six while Agarwal scored three boundaries and six. When Agarwal got out in 18th over Punjab need 19 runs out of 17 balls. But the quick wickets falling took the match more interesting. As 11 runs needed in the last six balls.

Previously, Sunrisers ‘ total of 150 runs was fueled by David Warner’s undefeated on 70 runs on 62 balls. After the premature dismissal of Jonny Bairstow Warner added 49 points for the second wicket with Vijay Shankar. The scoring rate remained less than six for most of the sleeves. Mohammad Nabi, promoted in order but fails to score fast. Manish Pandey and Deepak Hooda accelerate the score in the last stages helped Hyderabad reach the 150.
