They provide an opportunity for match officials to interact with leading international referees who have the knowledge and invaluable experience in handling the pressures of international cricket. We currently have a good crop of budding referees and match umpires, and it is vital to prepare them even more before a hectic national season. Workshops are vital for the growth of party officials to ensure that competitive cricket is played in their true spirits.
