Mohammad Hafeez and Shoaib Malik Ruled out From Sri Lanka Vs. Pakistan Series

Mohammad Hafeez and Shoaib Malik ruled out of the likely Pakistan Cricket Commission (PCB) for the upcoming series against Sri Lanka Vs. Pakistan. Previously, the board did not offer any of the players a central contract, indicating that PCB would no longer continue to use experienced players to integrate them into the team.

Umar Akmal and Ahmed Shehzad are the two players who replaced the duo [Shoaib Malik and Mohammad Hafeez] in the list of likely 20 players for the limited series.

Mohammad Hafeez and Shoaib Malik were not named in the likely terms, as they were awarded the NOC title until 12 October to participate in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
