Chasing a target of 383 points in their second set, England managed only to get 197/10, losing by 185 points. “It’s fantastic. The boys fought so far. All the bowlers have been outstanding all day. Patty Cummins was like an engine,” Hazlewood said after the game.
“I’m fine. I still feel great. But maybe a little stiff tomorrow. (Winning the ashes) Is huge and the pinnacle in cricket testing. We saw another great test match here, and I enjoyed it. It was a hell of a few of the last few hours. It’s a pretty quick turnaround from the last game, and we still want to win the series,” he said.
