The broadcaster confirmed through a tweet that the auction would be broadcast on most of its channel. “December 19 from 2:30 PM, LIVE in Star Sports 1 Hindi / 1 HD Hindi, Star Sports First, 1 Tamil, 1 Telugu, 1 Kannada, 1 Bangla; 3:20 PM on Select 1/1 HD,” he said. IPL 2020 Auction Players List
The full list of players for Indian Premier League IPL 2020 Auction Live is expected to be released before the auction. Still, big names under the hammer include batsman Robin Uthappa, left pacemaker Jaydev Unadkat and foreign stars such as Aaron Finch and Chris Lynn. Uthappa is expected to be the most sought-after Indian player with the highest base price of 1.5 million rupees. It should be noted that both Mathews and Steyn failed to find a buyer last year with the last one signed by RCB as an injury replacement midway through the tournament.
Among foreign players, Glenn Maxwell can start a bidding war. The Australian all-terrain will be available for a base price of 2 million rupees and is part of the second set that includes Pat Cummins, Josh Hazlewood, Mitchell Marsh, Dale Steyn, and Angelo Mathews.
Among the limitless Indian players, India’s under-19 captain, Priyam Garg, could end up receiving a considerable amount.
