Indian Women Reached into Finals after Beating England Women in 1st Semi-final of ICC T20 World Cup
The Indian Women team reached into the semi-finals and was ready to battle with England Women’s in the 1st Semi-final of Women’s T20 World Cup. Due to heavy rain in Sydney, the First Semi-final of the Women’s World Cup abandoned without a ball bowled.
First time in history, India Women’s qualify for the Final of ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2020. India took the lead on the basis of the run-rate and was declared as a winner of First Semi-final. India Women beat England Women without a ball bowled.

India, led by Harmanpreet Kaur, was the only team to win all of their group matches, finishing at the top of Group A.
After leading the group games, India will expect to reach the summit clash for the first time in the tournament’s history. England, the Women team, on the other hand, finished behind South Africa in Group B but will gain confidence from the fact that it has never lost to India in T20 World Cup history.
The last time these two teams India Women and English Women faced off in this competition was in the semi-final of the 2018 T20 World Cup, resulting in India leaving the tournament after a loss of eight wickets.
