Foreign TV Channel broadcasts PCB domestic cricket For Free

The foreign TV channel obtained the broadcast rights to the national PCB cricket season without any offer and free of charge. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has granted the rights to broadcast domestic cricket to a different channel without an open offer and payment.

A PCB official claimed that the offer was not open to put a dispute at rest and no further information provided. However, PCB is believed to want to increase international coverage of the home circuit.

It is understood that the channel that acquired the transmission rights is a partner of the PCB, and after receiving legal advice, PCB has ceded the rights without any payment.

The foreign channel will broadcast the following tournaments live:

T20 National Cup for ten days – Pakistan Cup for ten days – Quaid-e-Azam Trophy Final for five days.

Pcb spokesman said PCB media partner had given 25 days of free time to show cricket live.
