Kohli has set a benchmark in the Indian cricket team when it comes to fitness. The flamboyant hitter has always talked about instilling the habit of eating well and staying fit.

On Wednesday, Kohli became the best runner in T20I after playing an unbeaten 72-run shot when India defeated South Africa by seven wickets.
Kohli now has 2,441 runs to his credit in the shortest format of the 77-game game, beating teammate Rohit Sharma, who has 2,434-runs from 97 games. Third place is occupied by New Zealand hitter Martin Guptill with 2,283 runs.
The third T20I between India and South Africa will be played on 22 September at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.
