The Pakistani leg-spinner Danish Kaneria approached to PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) and appealed to play all types of domestic cricket in Pakistan. Danish Kaneria was spot-fixing in a match during Essex’s Hay County game and was banned after it was proved.
The Pakistani legislator has submitted a written application to the Pakistan Cricket Board through his lawyer. It said the Pakistan Cricket Board should appeal to the chairman of the ICC’s Anti-Corruption Commission (ACU) to allow Danish Kaneria to play in the Pakistani domestic league.
In a letter to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) official Ehsan Mani, he said, “Danish Kaneria has made a mistake out of ignorance. Now he should be allowed to play domestic cricket. “
