The Chennai Super Kings got bad news before the start of training in Dubai. The whole team is now in the quarantine. Several CSK Players have tested positive in the Corona Test. According to multiple Indian media outlets, at least 10 Players have tested positive, including one Indian cricketer. The Corona of the Chennai Super Kings staff and squad were tested on Thursday.

All the franchises have already reached the UAE ahead of the IPL, which starts on September 19. As per the rules, the teams will start practicing at the end of quarantine. Chennai Super Kings were scheduled to start training from today (August 28).

However, the entire team is in quarantine again as several members tested positive in the latest Corona Test. It is not yet known which members of the Mahendra Singh Dhoni-led team have tested positive.

According to the Times of India, they tested positive for the coronavirus shortly after arriving in Dubai. Arriving in Dubai on August 21, Chennai has to stay in quarantine for another week. A source in the Chennai Super Kings told the Indian media that they had gone through all sorts of processes to reach Dubai.

In this context, the source said, ‘Even when football started in Europe, some players were positive. So the eight IPL teams, with a total of more than 1,000 members, will have such a possibility. It can happen at any time. It is unfortunate that Chennai Super Kings got the injury despite doing everything right.
